Hello angelaschame: My name is Roger and I will answer your question. After opening the hood remove the top plastic engine shield. Follow the top radiator hose back to the engine. Remove the two bolts at the housing. Lift off the housing and you will see the thermostat. Reverse the procedure to install a new thermostat. Should you need further help please just ask. Remove the spark plug wires, remove the spark plugs,replace them. Do this one cylinder at a time if you never did it. On that year you may need to remove the upper intake to access the plugs on one side. In that case go to a shop. This would not be a novice job.

it is located on top of the heater box assy behind the dash just to the left of of the glovebox if you open the glovebox and look to the left you can see it

the enginr oil pressure switch runs the fuel pump till the oil pressure is up to the normal operating range. When the pressure is up the relay kicks in and takes over the power to the pump. The oil pressure switch my be at fault if you can no hear the pump running when you turn the key on
