    Need more information.

) Does the lights work ?

) Does the starter turn over the motor ?

If not can you hear the starter clicking ?

) Did the car run after the new timing belt was installed ?

My 91 honda accord is very slow at take off, no smoke, new plugs and wires and timing belt

Questions:
Is it a carburetor or fuel injected model?
Did the slow take off occur before or after you changed the plugs, wires, and timing belt?

If it started after plugs, wires, and timing belt, I tend to believe the timing relationship between the cam and crank has changed (cam and crank are not timed together properly, off by a tooth or two). Unfortunately you will need to partly tear into it again to verify the timing marks used when the timing belt is changed are perfectly aligned.

Intermittantly the car won't start

Main Fuel injector relay is probably the culprit. Buy a second hand one for about 50 bucks and replace it yourself within 30 minutes.

1991 honda accord: replaced seals fixed leaks replaced plugs...ran great for awhile, now it won't start. Relay switch?

Does it attempt to start? I've seen a problem like this with loose belts or missing belts.

1995 Honda accord does not start when car sit for a while

Check your compression. If you don't have a compression checker, take the plugs out, shoot a squirt of oil in each cylinder, replace plugs and crank engine. If engine starts, you are probably looking at a bad set of rings.
