ALL MY OTHER LIGHTS COME ON IN MY CAR EXCEPT MY HEADLIGHTS I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THEY JUST STOP WORKING ONE NIGHT I CHANGED THE HEADLIGHT LIGHT SWITCH ALL MY FUSES ARE FINE I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.
Try the multi function switch on the steering colum The one that runs the turn signals, dims the headlights and turns on the wipers. pull it back like you are gonna turn the brights on and hold it and have someone else see if the headlights are on while you are holding it. if so that is your problem change the switch. Also when these go bad there is normally a light burning wire type of smell. Hope this helps
Try checking the daytime running light module.
there is also a sensor for the auto headlights that may think it is still daylight.try playing around with the auto switch
SOURCE: Automatic headlight dont come on at night
It turns out that I had the twilight/sentinel slider all the way to the left , which stopped the lights from coming on automatically. Thank god for this forum because I saw someone mention this silder in another thread and it made me go check the position of mine. I'm sure if I would have taken this to a shop , as I was intending on doing , they would have slid the switch over and charged me for some bogues repair.
So , once again , is well with me , my lights and my BPA
Thanks!
