New fuel pump, ccrm and fuel filter and still blowing 20 amp fuel pump fuse

If the components are all good, then check wiring connectors and wiring circuits, it appears the problem is after the ccrm. wiring from ccrm to fuel pump. For testing you should be able to use jumper wire with inline 20 amp fuse, from voltage to fuel pump connector, to see if it will run w/o blowing the fuse. As you can see from ccrm to inertia switch there are two connectors. From inertia switch to fuel pump, one connector. There are many ways to test. With connectors unplugged, you could use a test lite connected to battery voltage, touch correct wire terminal, if lite comes on, that circuit is going to ground, somewhere.
See that one wire that goes down, wire circuit from ccrm to inertia switch, that wire goes to pcm, I believe it to a monitor circuit, the pcm monitors the voltage on that circuit.

New ac compressor wont enguage magnetic clutch jumped low pressure switch found high pressure switch with four wires whats up with this?yes i have 100 lbs on guage 134 a

"Most Fords have a CCRM (Continuous Control Relay Module) thats on the passenger side fenderwell. It has 4 relays: one for the AC compressor cluth, one for the fuel pump, and two for the electric fan (high- and low-speed.) The AC is the one that fails the most. You can replace the CCRM by removing the intake air filter box and working through the fenderwell openings. If it gets to difficult you must remove the wheel and splash cover to replace it from the wheel opening." - H-andy Mann

with the engine idling, tap on the ccrm and listen for the clutch to come on. if it comes on, you need to replace the entire ccrm.

I HAVE A 2001 CONVERT. MUSTANG 3.8L V6 AND WILL NOT START, BATT CK GOOD, ALT CK GOOD, STARTER CK GOOD, SOUNDS LIKE NO FUEL FLOW ANY SUGGESTIONS

If fuel pump is not coming on, check the relay. The relay is incorporated into the CCRM, which is under the hood at the passenger side wheel well. Back-probe pin 5 of the CCRM connector (dark green wire with yellow stripe) using a 12 volt test light or voltmeter. Connect the other test wire to a good engine or chassis ground point. Pin 5 should be hot when the key is turned on. If not, check pins 11 and 12 in the same way. If pin 11 (light blue/orange stripe wire) is not hot, check the 20 amp fuel pump fuse.
If the pump is working, see if there is a schrader valve on the fuel rail on top of the engine where you can check for fuel pressure by depressing the valve stem. Do this carefully with a rag over the valve to prevent squirting fuel on yourself.
If you have fuel pressure, check for spark using the procedure given at the following post: http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5821173-doesnt_car_start_gasoline_engines .
Please let me know if you have any questions and thanks fopr using FixYa.

My 1998 ford mustang 3.8 had a failure of the ground wire at the battery. I installed a new end and tried to start the engine. The engine cranks but would not start. I parked it in this spot overnight so I...

You sure the ground wires all reconnected? Check for power at the inertia switch. If it has power, the pump may be bad. Power to the Inertia switch comes through the FP relay, from the fuse. The relay is in a box called the CCRM (constant control relay module) Power from the relay to the switch is Dark Green/ Yellow wire.lF that wire has no power in the crank mode, then I think the CCRM is bad. The CCRM is located behind the coolant reservoir on a bracket. The ground for the CCRM is right front of engine compartment G103, dont really have a picture to tell you where exactly to look. Thanks for the detailed story, a lot of people write " it wont run, whats wrong"

Wher is fuel pump relay on 1995 ford mustang gt 5.0 @

According to the information that I'm finding, the fuel pump relay on '94 Mustangs is part of the Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM). According to mustang-tech.org, the CCRM is the black box that's mounted on the radiator overflow. http://www.mustang-tech.org/wiki/94-95_Mustangs_Electrical_CCRM
