The "service engine light" is on but not flashing. The turbo has stopped working and it now drives like a normal non- turbo vehicle

sounds like the mass air flow sensor. It is in the intake line squareish part with 2 tamper [proof torque screws.

My book shows that P0245 is the super/turbo charger solenoid "A" voltage is low.

if you put a scanner on it you'll prob get a code telling you what prob is.if you have a autozone or,pepboys they could put scanner on it and tell you what prob is the only way
