Hello, I would like to ask your help to get a pin code for my SAAB 93 2004, I have an OP-COM interface works fine, but to recalibrate my steeing angle sensor it is requesting me a Par-Pass Code. I know some scanners have a web site where they obtein the codes. Thanks for your reply. Carlos

There's a black plastic valve below the battery that fails frequently on these cars. It has a vacuum line and 2 thumb-sized hoses going to it. A lot of times the valve will be broken in half and obviously bad. This will cause a secondary air injection code. Also the vacuum hose to it needs to be intact. Check this stuff first.

whenever the battery is removed (or car experiences any loss of power) you must type in security code for radio (this is the case with BMWs and Volvos as well). Go to any saab dealership and they can remove the radio and get your radio's 4 digit code, they all have one. Yes, I have done this before ` they didn't charge me and I was in and out in ten minutes.

these do suffer from blocked EGR valves you need to remove it and take the solenoid off clean out all the soot.
