YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE INJECTORS TO REMOVE THE CAM COVER YOU WILL NEED A INJECTOR PULLER OR SLIDE HAMMER AND HAVE TO REPLACE THE INJECTOR WASHERS WHEN YOU REFIT THE INJECTORS OR THEY WILL BLOW PAST

The KIA shop manual (both my hard copy and kiatech) show the locations of the bolts on the "Cylinder Head Cover" --aka valve cover-- and they provide the torque at 35-52 lb-in (4-6Nm), but they don't specify a tightening order.
Normally crisscross middle to outside edges, hand tight, half torque and full torque. Better to do the job right, do it once, replace the gasket.
I presume you are after the cylinder head settings. These are for the 2.9crdi engine, if you need any others you will have to let me know the year and engine size.

the engine in your vehicle is the rover kv6 its a good engine unless it overheats! and the most likely cause is the lower of the cylinder liner seals have failed if the engine overheats it tries to sieze and the liners move up/down and hammers the cylinder heads/gaskets causing damage to the head surface but the main prob because they are wet liners the lower seal to the block fails. its only loctite or similar and gives the problem you have the only way is to remove the engine and replace or rebuild it
