Your car needs alignment. The screaming noise comes from tires being dragged over aspnalt. This wears tires very fast.

My 2006 VW Jetta is making loud, screaming/screeching, sound from the passenger side-front, behind the the dash/glove box, between the engine and wheel.

I would like to think it is the electric fan behind the radiator that is screeching. When you stop the car, everything should stop, but that fan. That fan is supposed to cool the radiator, even after the engine is off and the car stops. It would not be so bad, because it does not run as much, in cold weather, but in hot weather, it should start sooner and run longer.
I needs to be replaced.
Be blessed.

Loud screeching noise when I turn on a/c

Likely just to be the A/C belt. It may need an adjustment or replacement. With key out of car just smear a little bit of grease (not much) on the belt. Start the vehicle & turn on A/C. If noise gone or quieter the belt is the problem.

My blower fan for the vent, AC and heater and defrost, on my 1999 Buick Regal made strange loud screaming, screeching sounds before it quit altogether. Which fuse would I replace to make it work again?

If the motor was making those kind of noises it is most likely the motor itself needs to be replaced. It turns on bushings instead of bearings and they wear out making that kind of noise when they do.Hope this helps.

Screeching noise coming from driver side tire

The high pitch sound may come from the brake pads as metal parts hit the disc to signal the owner that it needs change. The metal parts gets exposed when the pads have worn out. The brake also has a hub to cover the disc. See if the metal plate is hitting it but this issue would appear when the wheels are in motion. Check if it is the belts, have the tension checked out. Other than that the bearings are the other items on your wheel that could cause a high pitched sound when you car is in motion.

Loud screeching noise coming from car after stops.

the screeching noise is most likely caused by a slipping belt or pully. transmission probably needs fluid and filter changed.

Screeching sound from engine

I can pretty guarantee you it is your altrnator belt.. By turning on your headlights, it creates more load on the alternator, which in turn makes the belt work harder. To confirm, you can try some silicone spray on the belt. The noise should change or disappear. This happens a lot in winter when dirt gets on the belts.
Usually that will solve it. If not, you may have to get the belt changed.
Good luck,

Dan

Body Sound..

What kind of noise? Humming? Screeching? Can you tell if it's coming from front? Left? Right? Does it get louder the faster it goes? Higher pitch?
