Usually, This relay can be found under the hood inside what is known as the power distribution box. Also, plz be sure that the wiring isn't shorting out and check switch to be sure that it is making contact when being pressed. Hope this helps.

The window motors have over load protection inside and the motors are worn out and dragging causing them to shut off till they cool. Simple way to repair is to replace the motors.Any auto supply can get them for you and you can probably find a video on you tube on how to replace them.

Suddenly all the power windows power and the power door locks stopped working including the sun roof. Where is the common thread to disable all those features?

There is a relay in that car that ties into each of those systems. If you replace it they should go back to working normal.

We have a 2000 jeep cherokee. The blower has quit working good except for on the highest setting. Also when we try to get the power windows down they will not work. Could these things be related?

They aren't related but i think i can tell you why there happening...The blower motor has a Blower motor resistor this is located on the passenger side directly below the glove box i believe there is a cover that you have to remove to see it. once you remove this cover you will see where the blower motor is being held, what your looking for is a 4-5 wire plug thats held in by 2 5/16 bolts remove this with the power off as soon as you take it out you will know if its burned out or not just by looking at the coils, each coil is a measure of resistance the bigger coils should have a break in it somewhere.
As for the power windows, these widows have a separate circuit power there should be a fuse panel located bottom right foot of the pass side front seat, you may need your owners manual to find which fuse. If the fuse is still good i would make sure that none of the power windows switch's are stuck in the up or down position, because if they are stuck the can trip. All the power to your power widows comes into the driverside master control panel...you may have a lose connection...good luck hope this helps

Power windows

I think on that year there is a safety switch on the inside of rear door jam so the children cannot roll windows down and fall out. It should be on the back door when you open the door look for a caution sticker that says child protection switch, I sure hope thats the problem And if so Great If not get back to me I can look up where the power relay is for rear windows. Ok Take care, Bear001
