    My wife lost my owners manual :(



    I changed the brake lights just last week, that is when we noticed the dash lights not working.

    Hi my dash lights went out too and then my back right light went out Im guessing if the fuse dont work like mine didnt its because the galants have electrical shorts after a while! Thats what they found when they fixed my dash lights! You might want to check your tail lights!

Yes, There is a fuse box ... your owners manual will asssit you in locating it and the suspect fuse ... do your parking lamps work? Is your dimmer turned all the way down?

Why is the speedo not working 2003 mitsubishi galant
The odometer cable must have come out from the transmission or is not turning.

I am assuming this happened suddenly. But things can be different if you were adjusting transmission timings or playing with dashboard electronics (new radio etc).

2001 mitsubishi galant, cruise is working properly but on dashboard no sign of cruise?? Is this an easy fix like changing of fuse or is it major problem ?? Again cruise working have no problem just light...
does cruise light come on when you start the car, during the lamp check stage (during first seconds of starting) If it doesn't then the indicator lamp is probably out.

Seems that the fuse is blown. The fuse box is under the dash on the driver's side outer wall. Check fuses and replace if blown.

I cant get my dashboard lights on my 1992 mitsubishi galant to work, tail lights werent going but i managed to fix that sumhow. i was told that that has something to do with the the dash lights as well....
you have fuses under the hood just forward at the air flow box.you also have fuses under the instrument panel on the left side behind the driver knee protector.

No dashboard/odometer lights and no rear lights
just go to the fuse box in the engine compartment and look for the (red 1Oamp) tail light fuse... it might be broken just replace and that should solve your problem.
