I own a 1985 Buick LeSabre two door Custom and the seat belt retention lever for the driver's side door is broken. The is located in door jam and most local dealers have no idea what I'm looking for. Do you have any suggestions on where I can find a replacement lever? Thank you.

PWR WDO - 30amp circuit breaker , DRV -MDL 10amp fuse - both are located in the rear fuse box .

Under the left side of the rear passenger compartment seat
The fuse box should be on the drivers side door jamb. when you open the drivers door look at the side of the dashboard there should be a panel to lift and remove accessing the fuse box

Actuator motors either get a tear in the rubber or a hose is broken and not letting vacuum assist in its opening.
You can try moving the lever by hand and see if the air gets colder on the bad side.
