I have a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer LT EXT ,Excellent vehicle 155,157 miles with minor problems . However now I have the tail lights are out ,the rear power windows do not work as well as the cigarette lighter too ? The Brake lights work however ? Can it be fuses that may need to be replaced ?

The tail light fuse is under the rear seat on the drivers side.

this just happened to my 03 trailblazer 3 days ago...now that its happened i also have lost control on my driver windows controls to a window and my sunroof. also my tail lights quite working.. but i still have brake lights..im wondering if its recall problem.. we took the trailblazer in to the repair shop today will find out the issue tmrw

Piece of cake. Remove the air cleaner top and air cleaner. Walla, there's tons of room to change the bulb now.

The park shift lock needs adjustment. The solenoid that locks irt inplace maybe the cause of this

Most of the time you can simply remove the tail light assembly from the car pretty easy and just a few screws. If it sdoes not have the screws going through the front of the housing then its rear mount and must be done by lifting the tailgate to get access. Once in the vehicle you should beable to remove the plastic housing covering up the assembly from the inside. Remove the 3-4 screws or bolts and the tail light assembly. Install the new one just the reverse. Pretty easy just take your time.

Took my Trailblazer to dealership. They replaced both rear tail light socket boards (these are plastic parts that house all of the rear lamps/bulbs and attach to tail light housing) They advised the sockets in the boards have a tendency to go bad. Everything works just fine. Cost of each part was approximately $29.00. Easy to replace yourself and save the labor.
