I had a similar problem with a buick park ave with individual climate control, after about an hour of troubleshooting and checking vaccum and electrical connections we ended up adding about 1-1.5 lbs. of freon and fixed the problem.hope this helps,it fixed our problem.

Damper/flap for driver's side is probably stuck. Try moving the selector from cold to hot several times. Also, move the recirc/outside air control if the previous doesn't work.

That is correct, the air blend door actuator. "flapper valve" may need to be replaced or cleaned and free from binding up. Good luck and hope this helps.
