Hi Aleon, I'm glad to help!

The module that controls the lighting on your Concorde is called the BCM which stands for "Body Control Module" and its located right on the left side of the dash as you sit in the seat. It mounts on the bracket that holds the dash to the left kick panel. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Aleon.

SOURCE: Where is the Body Control Module located?

It is located on the back side of the underdash fuse box (junction block). You remove the lower steering column cover and knee blocker reinforcement. Then remove two plugs from the bottom of the bcm.
Remove the bolts holding the junction block to dash panel mounting bracket. Remove the junction block from the bracket. Remove screws holding the bcm to the jb. Slide the bcm downward to disengage guide studs on jb from channels on bcm mounting bracket
Remove bcm from jb.

SOURCE: location for the head light control module

The LCM or lighting control module is located under the dash to the right of the steering wheel, first you need to remove the hush panel under the knee brace, then there are 2 screws the hold it to a bracket. Unplug the 4 connectors towards the back and then slide it out and replace.

2002 Chrysler Voyager Lost Dash Lighting

there is another fuse panel inside.
I can't remember where it is, but you should check inside/behind the glove box.... or..... driver side under the dash.... or on either side of the dash where the door would hide it when closed.

I know the dodge/chrysler dash light fuse also powers the license plate light, so turn your lights on and see if you have a license plate light or not.
Hope you can locate the other box.

I got a p0700 code which is trans control system on my wifes 97 Concorde. What does it mean.

this is the TCM (transmission control module) telling the PCM (powertrain control module) to turn on the check engine light due to a fault in the auto trans, the code for the fault is stored in the TCM, to get this cheched you need to have the dealer run a TCM fault code test.

Ive got a 98 concord no dash lights and wont shift from first ,Ive replaced transmission control module 6 times chrysler dealership said they cant fix can you help

Call the service department and ask them if they know if there is a speed sensor available for the car and where it is located (internally or externally) this may be the problem or the secondary shift solenoid is bad. If you have not gotten any progrees from these strategies I would bring the car to an electrical diagnostic shop if they can trace the problem with the dash lights they may fix the transmission shift issue as well.
