Problem could be turn signal flasher if bulbs okay.
Testimonial: "All the external and internal bulbs work and blink perfectly. My point is about the blinking noice. The noice like an old clock, you cant hear it wherever the turn switch is on. My real question is: where is located the flaser realy? The 2006 Chevy Colorado and the 2006 GMC Canyon are very similar to my 2006 Isuzu I-280. No one has replaced the relay in any of the mentioned truck?"
You have better chances of looking around yourself online to find it. i dont think there are many isuzu owners on this forum
