Power outlets not working in my 99 Dodge Caravan

I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan. It has one power outlet in the front (aka cig lighter), and one in the back. Until the past few weeks they both worked fine. Suddenly they both stopped working and I can't find in my manual for the van anything about how to fix this.

Where is the fuse for the cig lighters on a 2008 dodge ram 1500 act located ? Is there anything else that would cause them to both stop work at the same titiine?

I'm not familiar with your truck, but, from reading up there is an aux socket in center console and then cig sockets. These are seperate circuits, centre is perm powered, cig sockets not.

When you say more than one has stopped, is it 2 x cig or 1 x cig and 1 x console?

I'd be checking the fuse and relay box under the hood, front wing sort of location (depends on year and such so I may be off here) for some circa 20 amp fuses (yellow in uk).

found this, which may or may not be the right numbers as is a different year perhaps:

Your cigarette lighter is powered by fuse #29 in the integrated power module. The power outlet is powered by #26 and if the power outlet in the center console is not working, this one is #42

On my 2006 dodge stratus my cig lighter won't work

Normally this would be in your owners manual.
The power for the outlets may be on the same circuit with the horn.
On some models there is an accessory relay that handles the outlets.
There should be a 20amp fuse in the box in the engine compartment that feeds the circuit. You may have to check all of the 20amp fuses to find it.

I pluged in a small car vac in the power outlet , after ten minutes it blew. Owners manual dosen't say there is a fuse for it.

There should be a cig lighter-accessory relay in the box near the battery. It is powered by a 9amp fuse and a 20amp fuse. The 20amp fuse is in the same box with the relay.
These fuses and relay power the front and rear outlets.

Cigarette lighter in 99 passat v6 not working, but power plug in trunk functional. Do they use the same fuse? If so, what could be wrong with lighter plug?

They run off of different leads. Check fuses first then if nothing check wires then last change cig lighter outlet

1999 dodge ram 1500 haveing problems

All the fuses have been checked. One fuse was blown but it was the 20 amp power outlet, I believe for the outlet under the cig lighter.
