2005 ford freestyle, check engine, traction control, wrench light on got P0641 code replaced ecm didn't work any help

There is no such code for a 2005 Ford Freestyle. P0641 does not exist in the code chart. It goes from P0622 to P0645. Are you sure you wrote it down correctly?

Last night i was driving my car and the AWD maulfuntion came on. I dont know what this means besides the obvious.

This seems to be an electrical issue with that make and model , Ford hasn't come out and said it yet , But My Brother in law is a ford mechanic and he told me that they have many 500's coming in with this same issue , The dealer can test the DEM, ( differential electronic module) it will probably throw a code of p1889, which you should ignore they will say its a oil pump pressure problem and that won't fix your problem , what your going to hear over time is that the CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is to blame, but as I said, and whats being reported to me in the news and by fellow car buddies, is that its an electrical issue that Ford has yet to admit to,, so good Luck , Maybe your dealer is better knowledge'd than mine here, I sure hope so, there are many forums concerning this issue, and you can find lots of them on line, just google awd malfunction and check some of them out

I have 2005 Freestyle, when start the car all is good and drive for a while, after 10- 20 miles the AWD malfuntion indicator comes on and the traction control LT comes on simutainiously I also note that...

The trac contol and awd read info from the PCM . That info comes from the abs tone rings at the wheels. Check the wheel bearings for excessive play & damage or metal shavings stuck to the abs sensors (they are magnetic). This can also come from different size tires on the car but I'm sure you know they should all be the same size.

You need to get up to speed education wise in a hurry
Those check light have been govt mandated and on vehicles for 30 years

You surely have heard of the diagnostic connector under the dash on the
    drivers side,required on all OBD2 Vehicles (1996 -2011)

Now you need to have a code reader or a scan tool, put on the connector
and check for the codes that set the traction and engine lights, on the dash

Using those codes, you proceed to diagnose and repair, the powertrain
    malfunctions.

You do not need to get to a dealer. They have nothing special to offer
