Cat could have collapsed and exhaust cant get out efficiently but i doubt a cat has failed or oxy sensor for that matter. Why change 1 injector?the vehicle is only 3 years old and should be under warranty it all sounds quite strange and with no other info or specific details i doubt youll get any intelligent answer.Sounds like a lot of people/places have fiddled with your car with no decent outcome? What was the original problem before taking it to auto shops and mechanics and having to replace an injector?

I wouldn't recommend synthetic oil for a car that appears to have a small leak. Synthetic oil is very thin and will find that smallest of leaks and leave you adding oil all the time. Considering the length of your commute, I'd go with a heavier oil (10W40) or heavier and change the oil every 3000 miles. If the heavier oil doesn't solve your problem, you will need to identify the leak and get it repaired.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you believe you got contaminated gas from a station where they had recent work done on their tanks. If that's so, Now that you've run most of the gas out I would start by changing the fuel filter then fill the tank with good gas (I might even go up on grade for this tank). Although it's unlikely you may have gotten a fair amount of dirt or water, you may want to try adding some dry gas in case there is still water in the bottom of your tank.
If the new filter seems to clear the problem but it come back after a short while you'll need to take the tank off and flush it. If you do it yourself don't dump the gas on the ground. If you have to flush your tank you'll need to flush the gas lines and replace the fuel filter again.
Testimonial: "Thank you. no, my car didnt have work done at station I got gas from, but I did have a lot work done a month ago elsewhere. I will have my son change the fuel filter. Hopefully that works, and hope the tank doesn't have to be removed to be drained. "
