Climate blower motor vibrates on Jaguar XJ8. Vibration is loudest at low driving speed and when the fan is set on high . Kind of like the fan blades hitting a playing card.

Sounds like plastic, leaves, or paper got sucked into the ducting, to the fan, on the blower. You'll need to access the blower motor, remove it, and remove the objects. Not sure, would be in your owners manual, but if you car has a clean-air cabin air filter. You may be able to remove the debris from there. Good Luck.

2002 GMC HD2500 8.1,when i turn the ac fan on high some thing in the dash vibrates,

Sounds like something fell down into the blower motor. You will have to remove blower motor and take a shop vac and run it thrue the vents.

Have a 2009 Nissan Quest I can't turn the heat off. Just stays on a high level of blowing out heat .

If you have a fan that has different speed settings (1234, or low med high etc) and the only one that works is high - then the blower resistor pack has failed. If you have a climate control unit (where you just pick a temp you want) then the fan is controlled by the heating system and it sets fan speed. If you have climate control style try lowering the temp to a lower setting (current temp in vehicle) and see if fan slows down. If not then climate control unit or fan resistor bad. If dial type and you get nothing on lower settings (only high works like mentioned above) you need to change blower resistor. It is located under dash near the fan itself. Look for small unit bolted in duct near fan with wire plug going to it.

Why wont my a/c or heater fan come on?

When the blower works only on the high setting its usually a bad blower resistor which is right near the blower motor. now you say it would always blow high regardless of the fan speed setting that would indicate probably the climate control unit or a connector problem somewhere. finally it not working at all may be the climate control unit or connection went bad even further. it might have a blown fuse or a bad blower motor in addition to the climate control unit or connector problem .check for power and ground at the blower motor. the power is supplied from fuses and may have a relay also. the ground is supplied from the climate control unit and goes through the resistor to control the fan speed. good luck

When should the timing chain be replaced on a 2001 XJ8?

As most timing chains, when they start to get noisy, that is usually when they start to stretch beyond there limits, refer to owners/service manual for any periodic maintenance.

Vibration coming thru seats on 2005 jaquar xj8

have u had the exhaust system checked for grounding to the body? this is a common source of vibration, the next is hard engine mounts, the rubber hardens with time and doesn't isolate the engine vibration as well, check these items and let me know.

Jaguar 2004 xj8 the fan quit blowing, could it be a fuse...feel the air...when i hit the fan speed it moves up to the high speed but does not blow....

does it blow on any speed??? if not turn the blower on and find it usually under the left side of the dash, take any object and knock on it, if it then works, it needs replacement

Honda accrod 04 ex..Blower Motor..A/c Fan

You probably hit one of the veins on the squirrel cage, mounted on the fan motor. You might be able to take the fan out and straighten these, to get the vibration out, if not you'll have to replace the whole fan. Good luck. I hope you can straighten it and don't have to replace.
