I have f-250 diesel. keeps blowing fuse #22,glow plug controller. what might be the problem

You should start with the glow plug relay/timer.Check it to see if may be shorted.Remove the smaller wires going to it and turn the key back on,if the fuse does'nt blow then replace it,if it does then you need to unplug the fuel preheater in the filter housing and try the key on thing again, pretty sure it's one or the other.

Coolant fan not turning and air conditioner blows out hot air.

Re-check the relay to make sure it's still good, then check the fan by hot wiring it to the battery. Also check the temp sensor on the engine. If the check light is on, don't drive it 'till you find out why or you can damage the engine.

Check engine light on Horn blows was blowing

1. Check engine lights come on for numerous reasons ranging from a bad CO2 sensor to the Catalytic Convertor being bad...a garage has the computer and the codes to tell you what is wrong, rough running, again, cold be numerous problems, fuel filter bad, worn plugs, broken plug wire/s. Sometimes, the reason the light comes on doesn't hurt the engine at all, and sometimes it means you NEED to get it looked at right now!

2. Horn could, and probably did have a short circuit somewhere, but really how often do you use a horn?

3. One more time, numerous reasons why the ABS indicator is on.

Without the vehicle being right in front of a person, especailly when three troubles are listed it's very-very hard, if not impossible, to make a good call.

I hope this helps you out some how.
