how did you check the relays, to find the problem with the door locks you need to remove the door panel and test for power at the door lock actuator or you can just buy the master switch and put it in and see if it works.
An after thought,
the module the powers that system is RKE remote keyless entry if you have an aftermarket alarm system or a dealer add-on alarm system it will be connected to the RKE and if there is no power to that system it will not work. if you feel that it is above your expertise than take it to a shop that you trust and has a ASE master mechanic. good luck AJ

I've checked the fuses, all OK, but not sure which relay is related to the locks.
Where is the "RKE" module located? It is the original equipment, no after market, or dealer added equipment. I'm trying to avoid pulling off the door panels.
Thanks, Glenn
I was asking where is this relay located, the relays under the hood aren't marked, is it somewhere else?
Owners manual has no info pertaining to the relays I take it. My manuals aren't up to date either. If there are relays under hood in a box, check under cover of box. Have a look in and beside any fuse panels in side vehicle, as well as near steering column area too.
ajbauer1 . Were you asking how to check a relay, or what was your question?
what have you done to check the problem out? do you have a door panel off? do you have power at the switch? Do you have continuty at door lock actuator. Do you have a repair manual?
Check all fuses & relays under hood as well?
