I don't remember the exact year they stopped putting serviceable fuel filters on a Camry but...try this. Open the hood. On the right you'll see the air box, where your air filter goes. look down between that and the master cylinder and see if there is a metal can shaped part there with 2 metal lines in it. If so, thats the fuel filter. If it is not there then your cars filter is part of the fuel pump thats located in the fuel tank and should never need servicing unless you got contaminated fuel.

How do i change the fuel filter on my 95 toyota camery

fuel filter located under the hood against the firewall by drivers side follow the lines, will have a bolt on each end have to take off and watch out for the copper color washers keep those in case new filter doesnt have them, should be a strap holding on to filter, pull all this loose and replace making sure washers are on each side of the line fitting, and put back on lik it was check for leaks after this probably would have to pull air cleaner tube off and a couple of other things to get to it......

I have 1995 Camery. I just got a tune up and fuel

sounds like its not holding fuel pressure , I would check the fuel filter connections and that it was put on the correct way around, I would also look for fuel leaks around the injectors hope this helps.
