My Isuzu Rodeo, with 200k miles idicates on the dash board the "check engine warning" My technicians tried to fix it but they failed. What the possible causes?

Had the same problem with "Check Engine" light.
If fuel cap in not on tight enough with three clicks it will come on. If the fuel cap is defective and does not seal even though you would think it has. Buy a replacement one. After replacing cap restart vehicle three or four times and the "Check Engine" light will clear. This has always worked for me. If not then disconnect one battery cable wait 3 minutes and then reattach battery cable.

SOURCE: isuzu rodeo sport 4wd, stuck in 4wd

Don't know if this will help with your exact problem, but I can share with you how I have "fixed" this.

If the 4WD indicator is flashing, then it means the 4WD select switch is working but the 4wd "clutch" hasn't released. Backing the vehicle up slowly, or sometimes just switching into reverse with the 4WD switch in the 2WD position is usually enough to release the 4WD and the 4WD indicator should go off. It after all this, the indicator still does not go off, it could be some issue with the electric 4WD clutch not releasing.
You should be able to tell if the 4WD drive is still engaged by driving slowly in a circle. On drive pavement, the front wheels will "hop" around. Don't do this too fast or too often on drive pavement, since the part time 4WD was not meant for this. The front wheels have to be able to slip in relation to each other, when in 4WD.

Hope this helps and wish you well in your troubleshooting.

SOURCE: how to check transmission fluid on 2001 isuzu rodeo

There is no dipstick on your auto trans. Checking it is a real PITA The trans pan has 2 plugs in it. The one on the very bottom is the drain. The one in the corner, up higher in a recess is the check/fill plug. To check, the engine must be warm and running, tranny in P. Remove the plug and fluid should dribble out. If it doesn't it's low, fill until it dribbles out, while engine is running. Obviously the truck must be on a lift or up on jackstands.

SOURCE: Dash Lights 1995 Isuzu Rodeo

with lights off and battery disconnected remove the twist knob on the dash that brighten and dims your dash lights and jump the two prongs with a jumper wire. connect battery and turn lights on all your dash lights should work now. if thay don't take the dash screws out and replace the bulbs, it's really easy if you have mechanical skills if not consult a friend that does. now you know the dash light dimmer switch is bad and they are hard to find i found mine in a wreck but until i did i just left the jumper wire in place (about a year and 1/2)

1991 isuzu rodeo o2 dash light is stuck on

The O2 sensor needs to be replaced. There is a screw on the back side of the instrument panel that is removed and switched to another hole in the circuit board to reset the light for another 90,000 miles. Only a shop manual will have the exact location. You can try and obtain one from http://www.helm.com and buy one using print on demand.

Engine knocks 3.2 isuzu rodeo 2000 ? help

You don't say how many miles or give a service history, but, that said I would check the timing belt and tensioner. When tensioner goes bad is often is reported as a loud knock or tick. Usually most evident at low RPMs. Another low cost try is to use a can of seafoam in the oil now, run it a few miles, then change it for a high detergent, low viscousity oil and drive it a while to see if the lifters clean up. engine tick is very common, generally due to lifters oil passages getting sludged up a little for 2nd gen 3.2l's

O2 sensor

There should be a reset switch that turns the light off. Some vehicles require a code scanner tool to reset the check engine light. On some Isuzu models you have to remove the instrument cluster and move a screw from one hole marked KSW to another hole with the same KSW marking (it may have tape over the second screw hole). Other Isuzu models may have a small switch on teh back of the instrument cluster or may have a different marking on the screw holes (some were marked wit the letter B on both holes). The O2 light usually comes on at 90,000 mile increments which is when Isuzu recommends changing it.
