Here is the best solution i can find, apparently the fuel filter in a 2006 Sentra is connected to the fuel pump in the tank, under the back seat there is an inspection cover that will allow you access to the fuel pump. All engines need 3 components: fuel, spark, and oxygen.
You'll need to check all 3 of these. start by checking your spark plugs to see if they aren't gapped or melted. Then check to make sure that fuel is reaching the engine. make sure that the fuel filter isn't clogged.
If you have the tools, run a vacuum pressure test on the lines.
It is located under the hood. You would notice a hose unlike that of the vacuum tubes going from the metal line to the filter itself and then to another set of metal pipe on the engine.
