How do I reset the computer in my dodge magnum 2007

Check connection to the idle air control on your throttle body. The iac has a plunger that moves in & out causing idle change. If the throttle body is dirty it restricts the iac plunger travel. Tru seafoam in your gas to clean fuel injection system. Follow directions on cam! Run the complete tank to clean system. Note: you will need to change fuel filter when done.
Reset computer by disconnecting - battery terminal for 20 mins or more.

Only proper testing of the vehicle systems will answer that

it is very easy to .To reset adaptives, pull fuse 11 for a minimum of 15 seconds, 15 minutes recommended by most people. This resets the computer and allows the stored electricity to escape.

The 3 (yes three) fan relays are located in the intergrated power module (IPM) which is the one under the hood.

take the headlight out its easier in the long run

I bought the factory kit from Ebay. It came with clear instructions including the new headlight switch assembly that includes the fog light switch. I think it was under $150. Once installed, you have to see the dealer so they can program the computer to run the new lights.

Get a trailer harness from the dealer, they just plug into the vehicles harness.
