Connecting new spark plug wires on your Renault Kangoo II 2010 (4-cil 8v petrol) can be a bit tricky, as the correct order and routing of the wires is important for the engine to run properly. Here is a general guideline on how to connect the spark plug wires:
Locate the coil pack. It is typically located near the engine, and it is a rectangular housing with four spark plug wires connected to it.
Remove the old spark plug wires. Carefully remove the old wires from the coil pack by pulling them straight off.
Label the wires. Before you remove the old wires, it is helpful to label them so you know where they came from. This will make it easier to connect the new wires in the correct order.
Connect the new wires. Carefully connect the new spark plug wires to the coil pack. Make sure to connect them to the correct spark plug tower on the coil pack, and route them correctly.
Start the engine. After connecting the new wires, start the engine and check for any misfires or problems.
It's important to have a good understanding of the engine and the spark plug system, and to be familiar with the tools and materials needed to do the job properly.
It's also important to refer to the vehicle's service manual for specific instructions on how to connect the spark plug wires, as the order and routing of the wires can vary depending on the make and model of your vehicle.

By mixing the plugwires up all you did was mess up the firing order. If you have the correct firing order, just plug the appropriate wire to the appropriate spark plug. You do not need to unhook the Battery. Unhooking the battery resets your computer and you do not need to do that for this problem.
spark plugs you mean there not on trans mission there on engine under plug wires first make sure car is off pull all wires off take your spark plug socket and take plugs out when done slap wires back on there and your good to go when you pull wires off plugs soak in soapy water before putting back on it makes it easyier for them to go back on that way try not to mix them up they have a certain way get correct fireing order let plug wires completely dry
It may be the gromet for the PCV valve or it could be the spark plug rubber seal located in the valve cover if it is the type of engine that has the wires and spark plugs that go down through the valve cover, if this is the case buy a valve cover gasket with the rubber gromets that are located around the base of the hole where spark plugs fit through and install.
