When i have my engine running and i switch on my head lights and my hazard lights the seat bag light starts flashing then the abs light starts flashing then the engine cuts out it's a 98 nissian frontier 4 cylinder

An electrical short in the wire harness

There is a good possibility that the hazard warning and directional signal lights have nothing to do with the starting or operation of the engine. There are many things that might cause the car to fail to start. The battery must be fully charged, and in good working condition. No corrosion on the terminals. good solid connections. When you turn the key the starter motor should turn the engine over. If that works the carburetor will need gas. If you have gas and spark, the engine should run. Hope that helps.
Turn signals work with the tail lights and parking lights on the front. You should turn on the Head lights and check to see if the tail lights and parking lights come on. You will also want to check to see if the flasher is plugged in. All the light bulbs must be plugged in and working to operate the flasher for the turn signals. good luck

Blazers aren't necessarily known for bad ignition switches (which it sounds like), but I would suggest a battery problem ( known more for this). Check the battery connections, especially the positive post. Make sure the connections are tight and no corrosion. If the battery checks out good then I'd suspect the ignition switch failing. The ABS and AIR BAG lights will come on when the battery gets low.

PO306 is a miss on cylinder #6. More than likely a bad plug or plug wire. But can also be a bad fuel injector or coil if this engine is a coil-on-plug design. PO306pd I have never head of. Air bag light lit normally indicates a problem with the SRS. This is a system that should only be repaired by a professional due to the hazards of working on this system.

Look under the hood and see if the big belt is still on the pulleys. When you said it will not start back up does that mean it will crank over?

If everything is dead take your battery in to check it or charge it. If the battery is good and charged see what works and doesn't. Like lights, windows, locks, seats and write it down.

If the motor cranks, go into the trunk and press a button for 3 seconds. It is in a cutout in the carpet and it is the Inertia safety switch. It is usually close to the air ride switch. Then try starting.

Take to Autozone or another parts store and ask them to scan your car.

Start buy spending $30 dollars on a speed sencor attached to the top of the differential that should remove the OD flashing light and the ABS Light also fix the speedo not sure about the service engine soon light that could be many other problems..Good Luck!

how do you turn the maintenance light off after making oil change?

the wiper does not work the flash light does not work and the radio as well does not work ,plus the air bag light is on and the abs light on as well. any idea what could be?
