Check the fuse and relay, if they are good replace fan motor. On manual fans, the clutch needs replacement.

My ac fan will not come on when i turn on my ac on my infinty g35 2005 whats the problem

If by AC Fan you mean the blower that forces air out of the vents in the dash, the problem could be a blown fuse, a bad switch, a bad fan motor, or a loose wire.

If you mean that the AC compressor under the hood never kicks in and generates cool air, it is probably low on freon.

The heater only works some times

Cooling fans are on a thermostat and should only come on when needed. Climate control also only engages the interior fan when it is needed. Not sure if this helps but the question was a little vague, sorry if I missed the mark.

When I turn on the a/c the car gets hot

Check your electric cooling fan on the radiator to make sure it comes on when you have the ac turned on . This is a common problem with a lot of cars that have an electric fan they may not over heat while driving down the road until you put a pull on the moter like the ac running . And it may have 2 fans and only one working

Cooling fan not coming on car overheats

The cooling fan motor may be bad. When you turn the air conditioner on the fans should automatically come on. This will tell you if the moter is good. Check the relay for the cooling fan motor as well. I hope this helped and good luck.

Blower moter won't run blower good

replace the fan resistor located on the side of the heater box under the dash usually on the passenger side this controls the fan motor speed along with the switch itself.
