Cut the old terminal plug and tap it to aftermarket blower motor so that you can use the same plug without any hazzle. But please make sure you tap it to the right polarity, the positive and negative.

Rad/hvac fuse keep blowing

Your Blower motor is going bad drawing to much amperage if you keep replaceing the fuse you can melt the connector where it plugs into the motor and make it harder to repair because now you have to repiar the wiring. You should also replace the Blower motor resistor when you replace the Blower motor . They work together and somtimes when the blower motor goes bad it damages the resistor internally and fails right after you put the new motor in .

HOW FIX FANHEATER IN TOYOTA PREVIA 1991 - SOMETIMES WORKS

More than likely the blower motor is defective due to a worn armature or carbon brushes. The best thing to do is replace the blower motor. Make sure you check the connector at the motor for signs of overheated wiring, when the motor starts to wear out it draws more current and can burn the connector at the blower, if the connector is burned it must be replaced or new terminals installed. You can buy repair connectors from Toyota for most modules and they are also available in the aftermarket for the most popular models. The blower motor is available in the aftermarket for about $120.00, the connector I am not sure about. Here is the part number for the motor.

2003 Malibu - A/C will blow when set to high but the lower three settings doesn't start the blower? Is it a fuse problem?

This is a classic blower motor resistor failure. It should be mounted with two screws way up under the dash on the blower housing and have a few heavy gauge wires plugged into it. Just replace it and the blower will be fine.

Weak air flow from heaters. takes ages to clear wind screen

Can you hear the blower motor working? If so, your pollen filter may be totally plugged up causing an obstruction which prevents proper air flow. You may also have a weak blower motor.

2005 Pontiac Bonneville hvac blower does not come on

Start by checking the blower resistor. It should be under the dash on the passenger side near the blower itself. You will need to remove the glove box to access it. It is a small plate that has only a few screws and a group of wires that go to a plug in the center. Unplug it and remove the screws. When you pull it out it should look like a series of small spring shaped coils. Most likely one or two of them will be burned up. Replace it in reverse order and your blower should start working again. If this is not the problem then test the fan motor itself. Hope this helps. Good luck.
