No spark ,checked crank sensor cam sensor,replaced coil,checcked coil wire ,checked power to coil,checked fuses,

what about the coil wire? Turn it over in the pitch black of the night and look for blue when or if you see it you will know

run the fault codes and check for cam/crank sensors. check operation of immobiliser. check fob key battery
check for ING fuse or fusible link near battery

In most cases the crank sensor generates AC voltage when the crankshaft is moving. You would check it with a volt meter.
How did you test the crank sensor ?

Pull off the coil ignition cable at the distributor and check for spark coming out of coil when cranking engine over. Use a heavy rag or glove to hold the wire 1/4 inch from a metal ground. Should see a strong blue spark when cranking to verify ignition is good. If no spark, check for battery voltage to coil on the coil primary. If you have current to the coil, suspect a bad coil, ignition module, crank position sensor, or cam position sensor, or pcm. The coil, ignition module, and sensors can be tested before replacing.

Breeze, 4 cylinder: check fuse # 5 (20a), fuse #1 (10a), fuse # 10 (10a)- in the power distribution box. Check for power to the coil on the dark green wire with orange stripe. If power there, test the coil. If coil is good, suspect the cam position sensor or the crank position sensor.
Breeze, 6 cylinder: check fuse # 5 (20a), fuse # 10 (10a). Check for power to coil on the dark green wire with orange stripe. If no power to coil, try a new or known good Auto Shutdown Relay (in the power distribution center). If still no power to coil, may be a problem in wiring harness. If there is power to coil, and still no spark, test the coil. If coil is good, suspect the cam position sensor (in the distributor), or the crank position sensor. If all check good, may be a problem in the wiring or the pcm (computer).

First check any ignition/fuel related fuses. Check to make sure you have 12 volts coming into the pump and coil. If nothing to the fuel pump replace the fuel pump relay - if you do have power to the fuel pump then replace the pump. If nothing is coming to the coil it is either an ignition relay or a wiring issue. If you have 12 volts to the coil but no spark then replace the coil.
Also the fuel pump/relay would not kill the coil.

i have a 2001 taurus 24valve dohc 3.0 engne i have a bad coil pack what steps do i need to do to change the coil pack

Could be many issues: cam sensor, crank sensor, ECU. wiring ect...
I'dI start by checking/replacing the crank or cam sensor if ok I'd proceed from there. What car, year and engine?

the crank sensor sends the signal to the coil, i would check it next

either the engine ignition fuse\relay is bad or coil pack is defective
