Dear Ron, you have replaced fuel pump and fuel filter. You have checked the fuel pump relay. Still no fuel in rail. Try bypassing fuel relay with jumper from batt to fuel pump. If o/k then check computer for ground to relay. This system uses a relay that is operated by the computer that supplies a ground for the relay to operate. The wire color is green,16 gage. If the ground is not available then "no fuel" Check this with a test light. Key on and crank apply test light to ground wire and other end of light to ground. You should hear relay click and get fuel. If this checks out you will need to replace computer or get creative with rewiring the relay so it works without computer input. Good luck Moe

1. is there gas in the tank?
2.is the pump getting power? SEE #4
3.why did you replace the pump? 4.some dodges need a scan tool to run the fuel pump to get the fuel system primed after replacing the pump. If the computer senses the engine isnt running after a few seconds it shuts the fuel system down. Happened on my friends jeep that was a chrysler system. Took a while to figure it out. The snap on red brick scan tool worked for this. Any scan tool(not just a code reader) that can get to functional tests of the engine computer will work.
Sounds like no fuel is getting past the pump,so get a scan tool capable of doing this, take hose off of fuel filter stick the end of the hose in something to catch the fuel that will come out and activate the pump. If fuel comes out the pump is working and the filter is clogged, if pump sounds like it is runnin and no fuel comming out pump is bad.If all is quiet pump isnt getting power.

How can I get a fuel line system diagram for an 06 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 3.8 LT?

I can provide you with a general fuel line system diagram for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.8L engine. However, keep in mind that the specific layout of the fuel lines in your vehicle may vary depending on the trim level, optional equipment, and other factors.

Here is a basic diagram of the fuel line system for a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan with a 3.8L engine:

Fuel tank
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Fuel pressure regulator
Fuel rail
Fuel injectors
Throttle body
The fuel tank stores the fuel for the vehicle. The fuel pump, located in the tank or along the frame rail, pumps fuel through the fuel filter, which removes impurities and debris. The fuel pressure regulator helps maintain the correct fuel pressure in the fuel rail, which supplies fuel to the fuel injectors. The fuel injectors spray a fine mist of fuel into the intake manifold, which is then drawn into the engine through the throttle body.

I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Two new fuel pumps in my 1996 grandcaravan. Still no fuel presure at rail. New fuel filter also. The regulator is built into the pump and the van runs on either.

Are you getting at least 12 volts to the harness on the pump and also is it grounded good? Have you checked the fuse for the fuel pump and the fuel pump relay? Is the ASD relay coming on when you turn the switch to run position? Several more things to check to solve your no start condition.

200 dodge grand caravan 3.3 v6 check engine light is on and have replaced fuel filter still needs a massive amount of cranking to start and pumping the pedal only to barley start and run realy rough w/back...

When the check engine light comes one, that means there is a code waiting to be read. If you let a place like Autozone read it, that may help.
Pumping the pedal only works on carbs, and does absolutely no good on fuel injection.
To check the fuel system, the very first thing you always have to do is put a fuel gauge on the fuel rail.
You could have a vacuum leak, like a broken hose, bad PVC, loose gas tank cap, etc.
But backfiring is usually bad plug wires.
Pull the plugs and look for ones that are different and wet or sooty.

Has spark but doesnt fire up

Possible cause would be no fuel to injectors. turn the key to the on position and listen for the fuel pump to come on and pressurize the fuel rail. If you do not hear the pump come on then look in the fuse/relay box for a blown fuse/relay. If you hear the fuel pump come on then turn the key off after the pump has completed running and disconnect the negative cable from the battery. Go to the fuel rail and there will be a round test port, remove the black plastic cap(like a valve stem cap on a tire) using a shop towel partly cover the port. Using a very small screw driver press down on the valve stem, if the fuel comes out at a high volume then the pump and filter is ok. If not then replace fuel filter, that is if you heard the pump come on in the first place. If you never heard the pump come on and the fuse/relay was ok then the pump will have to be replaced. hope this will help you.

1992 Dodge Grand Caravan engine failure

There is not fuse for pump but a relay in the relay block. I do suggest jumping to see if pump turns on. Test voltage from ECM if needed. If voltage is to pump, then pump is shot. If not voltage, relay may be bad

Dodge caravan turns over wont start all lights work

possible bad fuel pump. check fuel pump relay under hood. drivers side fuse panel. swap fuel pump relay with another identical relay to rule out possible bad relay. listen for whining sound back by fuel tank. the fuel pump is in the fuel tank. Another option....you can also check the pressure in the fuel rail, but be careful not to squirt gas in your eyes or face.
