If you replaced all the brake parts I would check your hub bearings and cv axels if the noise is coming from front if the noise is in the rear check your e brake shoes located inside of the rear brake rotors if u have disc rear brakes or your rear brake bearings .. hope this helps

SOURCE: ABS braking

have you check? the master cylinder. sometine when you get the rotors cut they dont come out right because they may be warped or to thin. if you did the job yourself you might have put the calipers in on the wrong side. this happens alot . if your rotors front and rear are fine then switch the calipers to the other side.

SOURCE: 99 ford explorer brake pedal goes to floor.

Not likely that the booster is an issue. The booster would not be able to overcome the brake fluid compression.
First open and inspect all brakes for leaks, adjustment, etc. Check all brake lines.
So if no leaks, did the fluid go low in the MC? If so, pad consumption would eat more than a MC reservoir of fluid, and not require MC replacement, but rebleeding and top up of fluid. If the pads are worn, and you replace them, often this will expel air back through the MC.

If you determine the MC is faulty, bench bleed the new one before install, or you will have lots of problems getting air out....

After getting new tires on the front of the van, the abs light now comes on intermittently and once in a while the brake pedal will pulsate and it makes a grinding noise

They may have damaged one of the ABS sensors in the front.
Take it back and have them check that their tech did not accidently unplug a sensor or damage it. What you think is grinding may be the abs coming on.

I have a grinding noise and the petal shakes when I press on my brakes, after driving a couple of miles the abs light goes on. I replaced pads, rotors, master cylinder, brake booster, shocks, struts.

hi,

one of the replacement parts may have been faulty or may not have been put on right. take it back to where it was serviced or if you cant do that start with new rotors and pads in the front only, drive it and see if problem persists, if problem persists put new shoes on the back

I was wondering on a alero 99 , i replaced the brakes and a caliper and fixed my brake lines but my abs light is on but it sounds like a airplain when u drive their is no shaking or grinding in the front...

YEP BAD WHEEL BEARING WILL MAKE A ROARING LIKE NOISE WHILE IN MOTION.BAD WHEEL COULD PUT DRAG ON WHEEL WHICH CAUSE ABS LIGHT TO COME ON.YOUR WHEEL BEARING HAS THE WHEEL SPEED SENSOR BUILT INTO IT.SO IF WHEEL BEARING BAD THE WHEEL SPEED SENSOR PART OF ABS BRAKE SYSTEM WILL CAUSE ABS LIGHT TO COME ON IF WHEEL BEARING BAD.MAKE SURE FRONT BRAKE PADS INSTALLED CORRECTLY IF NOT. YOU WILL GET TERRIBLE WHEEL NOISE ALSO.

I have a 2000 Ford Windstar with 77800 miles. I

The ABS light could be just a misaligned sensor on the wheel or even a dirty harness plug in, many times repaired by just cleaning.
You should I would check out the pulleys and belt tensioner very soon as when they began making noises they can swarm very quickly causing damage to several items.
