SOURCE: how much transmission fluid does a 1999 Grand Prix

Transmission fluid does not have to deal with nearly the number of problems engine oil has to, with heat, water, acids, grit, etc., so it is not at all critical. In the old days, Ford always had a different fluid because they used different material for seals. But these days the all the fluids sold are great.

As to how much, that depends. There will only be about 4 quarts in the pan and transmission, but the total is more than twice that, and it can very anywhere in between, depending on how much fluid drains down from the torque convertor. It has a little flap that is supposed to stop drainage, but it always leaks down slowly anyhow. So there is never any set amount. You just have to estimate how much came out, put that much in to start, and keep checking and adding, with the engine running.

SOURCE: diagram for surpentine belt installation 1999 grand prix

My sincere apologies for the delayed response.
I am personally going back to answer your unanswered questions.
I have only been a free contributor to this site for the past 4-months.

I do not know if you still need this information, but I am going ahead and answering it anyway.

CLICK
on the following LINK. It has the Belt Diagrams you will need.

The standard rule to removal the Serpentine Belt:
1. Find the Tensioner(s). (See Diagrams on Link)
2. Rotate/Move the Tensioner away from contact with the belt and towards the area where the belt is not in contact with the Tensioner Pulley. The Tensioner is spring loaded, and is hard to rotate/move.

3. Remove the loosened belt off one of the other more easily accessed Pulleys.

If you would: Before Clicking: Let me know if this helped you, or if you have any additional information or questions. Feel Free to contact me at FixYa.com!

SOURCE: 1999 grand prix gt 3.8v 6 error codes 300 and 302

The PO300 code is random/multiple cylinder misfire detected. Sinsc you have the code PO302, that means that cylinder 2 is the one misfiring, usually a bad coil pack, or spark plug.

SOURCE: DTC Code 35 - 93 Grand Prix

Generally speaking, code 35 is a problem with the idle air control valve.
The valve is mounted on the side of the throttle body and controls idle speed by how much air is allowed into the intake manifold.

P0753, p0758 and p91860 what's my problem and how do I fix it?

Your best bet would be to take your vehicle to a ASE certified professional . You do not have the tools to diagnose this or the information.
DTC P0753
The 1-2 shift solenoid (1-2 SS) valve controls transmission fluid pressure acting on the 1-2 shift valves to position the valves for the appropriate gear. The 1-2 SS valve is a normally-open exhaust valve located on the control valve body. A fused circuit supplies ignition voltage to the 1-2 SS valve. The PCM commands the solenoid ON or OFF by switching the ground path. When the 1-2 SS valve is commanded ON, the PCM senses low voltage. When the 1-2 SS valve is commanded OFF, the PCM senses high voltage. Refer to Shift Solenoid Valve State and Gear Ratio .
If the PCM detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the 1-2 SS valve circuit, then DTC P0753 sets. DTC P0753 is a type B DTC.
DTC P0753 sets when one of the following conditions occurs for 5 seconds:
Condition 1 The PCM commands the solenoid ON and voltage feedback remains high, B+.
Condition 2 The PCM commands the solenoid OFF, and the voltage feedback remains low, 0 volts.
DTC P0758
The 2-3 shift solenoid (2-3 SS) valve controls transmission fluid pressure acting on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift valves to position the valves for the appropriate gear. The 2-3 SS valve is a normally-open exhaust valve located on the control valve body. A fused circuit supplies ignition voltage to the 2-3 SS valve. The PCM commands the solenoid ON or OFF by switching the ground path. When the 2-3 SS valve is commanded ON, the PCM senses low voltage. When the 2-3 SS valve is commanded OFF, the PCM senses high voltage. Refer to Shift Solenoid Valve State and Gear Ratio .
If the PCM detects a continuous open, short to ground or short to power in the 2-3 SS valve circuit, then DTC P0758 sets. DTC P0758 is a type A DTC.
Conditions for Setting the DTC
DTC P0758 sets when one of the following conditions occurs for 5 seconds:
Condition 1 The PCM commands the solenoid ON and the voltage feedback remains high, B+.
Condition 2 The PCM commands the solenoid OFF and the voltage feedback remains low, 0 volts.
What's this p91860 , no such code .

1999 pontiac gran prix gtp has engine code po650 mil control cp, and code p1653

If you are not experiencing any actual driveability problems such as with your brakes, considering the DTC P1653 with P0650 then the problem may be electrical.

Start your search with the fuse for your traction control system, it is under the hood in the compartment mounted to the passenger side strut tower. If nothing is wrong with that then check your wiring harnesses from that box for loose connection or wire damage, and also under the dash.
