Is it necessary to have someone replace the brake pads on my 2001 nissan quest? Is it simple or do I need to take it in? I know to check the rotors and bleed the brake line but what's the simple way to do it?
Thanks Again!
The hard part is pressing the caliper piston abck into the caliper so you can get the new, thicker pads over the rotor. A large C Clamp works best.

I believe that brake repairs are something that shouldn't be discussed on this repair site because there is just too much liability involved, that said, it's an easy job, but if you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be doing it.
