SOURCE: I keep losing oil pressure in my 2004 f150 with a

Ok 3 questions to answer:

1 yes the pump could be bad, but it is not likely.
2 yes it is in the oil pan.
3 yes you can change it without pulling the engine, though it is not easy.

Most common problem for your oil pressure reading to be going away, is the oil pressure sending unit(sensor) it is located next to the oil filter, check and replace if neccessary this sensor first and see if your oil pressure returns to normal. If not then you may have a pump problem. Hope this helps, let me know.

I have a 87 nissan 300 zx and the alarm is keeping the car from starting what should I do

Locate the alarm power wire and trace it from the alarm to the power source it is connected to and remove the fuse from the line or cut the line. If that resolves the problem the alarm is at fault. If it doesn't locate the kill switch and replace it.

Transmission fliter

There could be two different locations for the filter.
1 could be located inside the Trany Pan.
the other could be located next to the Trany Dip stick.
If it is not next to the dip stick it may be located in the pan.
I have an '03 auto trany and bought the wrong oil filter. I have not yet repalced the filter. Don't know if it even has one in the pan.
