you have to remove the door panels and there are nuts on the inside of the door to remove..install in reverse.

All screws have to be removed and the window switch panel has to be disconnected. It may have hidden screws or simply snaps into place. Pull the inner door handle out and there should be a screw holding the escutcheon plate on the door, The arm rest is also held with at least two screws, remover these. Use a flat tool to pry along the edge of the door and door panel, pop the panel away slightly, the snapping point are the places where the panel is held with nylon panel snaps that screw in to the door panel.
