that dtc is about trottle body,or the return spring is not good or the trottle body himself !

That same thing happened to my 2002 Saab convertable and I believe it ended up being a failed throttle body sensor. It was quite the pricy part, I think after everything was said and done it was around $1,000. Good luck!

SOURCE: abs and traction lights stay on saab 9 3 2005 1.9

The abs light , when on turns off the traction control thats why that light is on,once the abs is repaired the traction light will go out, you need to first have the computer scanned for codes, the codes for the abs are stored in the abs computer, these codes will tell you what part of the system is not working. most of the time its a wheel speed sensor but scanning the codes is needed to find out,

What does "Stability Control Failure" on a Saab
The stability control system uses the abs wheel speed sensors to detect when a wheel is losing traction and would presumably apply the brake on that wheel to maintain traction.

The system is the Vauxhall (GM's British operation) version of a traction control system further refined by Saab's engineers.

Stability control failure means the system will no longer be available to assist the driver maintain traction.

I have a 1995 saab 900se has a 2.5 liter the engine has good compression and good fuel pressure. timing is perfect and no check engine or other lights on(lights do work). the car has no power and sputters...

Check engine & traction control lights on
It might be the water temperature sensor for the brain not reading the right temperature, causes wrong parametres in the warming up periode, and then the diagnostic lamp will show.
