It could possibly be that there is a wore spot on your throttle position sensor (TPS). It basically is connected to the cable running to the gas pedal and tells the computer how much you're pushing down on the pedal.
If you find that it's bogging down more and more often (like when you need more power climbing hills and never really gets going), it could be that your catalytic converter is clogged, but this will eventually throw some check engine lights.
