While not impossible the car would simultaneously develop a handful of seemingly unconnected faults, none of which alone is likely to prevent the engine showing some signs of life.

Clearly the systems flagged in the codes must be checked after a thorough visual inspection but I feel it is doubtful whether any fault will be found and further checks will probably point an accusing finger at the engine management computer.

P0103 (MAF) Mass Air Flow or (VAF) Volume Air Flow Sensor -Circuit High Input

That is an issue with the Mass air Flow sensor or it's related circuit.

A quick search indicates P0328 is a knock sensor high input code, so I would start with that.

Possible causes- Dirty mass air flow sensor
- Dirty mass air filter
- Mass air flow sensor harness is open or shorted
- Mass air flow sensor electrical circuit poor connection
- Intake air leaks
- Faulty mass air flow sensor

looks like EGR valve is getting block with all the carbon.
take it for a run on motor/high way. high speed in low gear to clear the valves
