It may be hidden behind a black cover that says "relay access"

replace the wireing harnes to the fuel pump gm had problems with them cost around $15 to 26 at autozone

the fuse I think is under the hood in that fuse box. I know of no other way to remove the pump except to lower the tank on your model

You may have a problem with the wireing harnest to the fuel pump There is a service boletin #25215705 released in march 07 The wiring is not resistance wire and tends to over heat When i did mind i bought a deiphi fuel pump and this kit came with the pump i had to cut the wiring back about a foot when i looked at the old wires they looked like they had over heated and were corroided You probably arn;t thrilled to hear this because i know how much fun it is dropping that tank but if you got it down a few inches i think you cuuld get your hand up there and unplug that connector to check it i hope this helps
