I have the same problem on a 2003 Town & Country. The cover for the front 3 cylinders is quite straight forward, but in order to do the rear cylinders I believe you are going to have to remove the cowling below the windshield. You will need a gear puller to remover the windshield wipers first, then remove the cowling. Than should give you more room to work. It's still not going to be easy, but it sure beats paying hundreds of $$$$ in labor charges.

Hi i have a 1994 dodge caravan it is leaking oil can this be fix im worry that we would have to save money for a van for my kids thanks

The Chrysler minivan products all had leaking problems. I have had 5 or 6 different Dodge or Plymouth minivans from 88 to 99. How bad is it. The most common thing is Valve cover leaks. Front and rear seals in the engine leak as well as the oil pan gasket. If its leaking a little bit at a time open the hood and look at the front and rear of the engine. Do you see grease and oil that has gone down the sides of the engine? Do you see a lot of grease on the engine with some clean streaks going through it. You may be able to see where its leaking from. If you know someone that knows what their doing have them change the leaky gasket/s. If not you can probably have it repaired for less than buying another van unless other things are seriously wrong with the van.
Hope this helps... Dale

MY 2002 GRAND VOYAGER HAS A CONSTANT OIL LEAK WHICH REQUIRES ME TO TOP UP OIL LEVEL REGURALY

All you can do is locate where the leak is coming from and replace the gasket or seal that is leaking. Common places are: valve cover gaskets, front and rear intake gaskets, front and rear main seals, and timing cover gaskets.

I have 1999 grand caravan 3.3 liter flex fuel....leaking oil. I think it is head gasket. I believe it needs head gasket.

Leaks on the engine are commonly misdiagnosed. I have had a lot of people think that the "head gasket" is leaking when it is actually the "valve cover gasket". Find out the actual configuration of your engine before thinking the worse. A good look to confirm exactly where the oil is coming from could save you a lot of money.

Leaking from valve cover. other than changing the the gasket what can be done now that the top is removed in order to prevent from having this charge to me a second time around for something else. My 2003...

Other than replace it with the correct gasket. Not much.... You can get a neuopran gasket as oppose to a cork gasket. There is a few dollar difference but not gonna solve the problem completely you'll get a few extra miles before it leaks again.. This is a common maintence problem. Gonna happen again in another 65k miles The valve cover gaskets take a lot of vibration from the head as well as heat.

Where is the pcv valve on a 2003 grand caravan

The pcv will be running from the vacume of the engine and inserted into the top of the valve cover gasket. it must be on the top of the motor to ensure the oil is assisted on its travel to the top .

We have oil in the spark plug wells

Most likely you have a leaking valve cover gasket. There is a gasket the goes around the valve cover, and also a gasket where the cover mates to the head for the spark plug holes.

Oil leak and oil burning

if your oil burning is upon start up then i would suggest you get your valve seals replaced while you are getting your valve covers done if its a non-stop while it runs then its your rings if you opt to get the valve seals fixed you would be looking at probably $250 but your gaskets would be included the deciding factor for me would be the amount of oil consumption and how much i would save in the long run good luck
