The only thing would do for the stripped bolts is to retap them with a tap & die set using the next larger size. As for the one that's broken off you can use what's called an "Easyout". You drill a hole into the broken off part of the bolt and then insert the Easyout. The Easyout has left hand threads and as you turn it , it bites into the broken bolt and usually will take it right out.

Front of the motor, low, in the fitting where the radiator hose goes into the motor; not the one on the drivers side. The fitting is rounded and is held on with two bolts.

just did one today. removed housing from car, and used a press . be careful of aluminum housing. also used penatrating spray. clean oxidation from inside bearing hole,then lubricating, helped in installation

Ther are 4 blots on the bottom of the timing chain cover, oil pan...this qould hold it on.
