There might be a fuse for the windows i doubt it there will be one for the radio but the speedometer do you mean the light wont work or the sppedometer itself if its the speedometer itself then it is the speed sensor and the gas guage its the sending unit or if its the light then if all the other lights work and those dont then take the instrument cluster off and replace those bulbs

Have you checked the fuses? Look in the owner's manual for the locations... you might have just blown one.

There is usually 2 fuse boxes 1 that is under the hood and 1 next to the drivers side kick panel. If not that check that all your computers are working by testing them with a tester from a auto parts place or someone that may have one that will let you borrow.

You shorted out the wireing harness, going to the guages, Possiblly evan a fusible link was mess up.
