How to remove speedo in C5 2002

You can't remove the speedo its a fixed unit you need to replace the entire instrument cluster.
To remove the cluster
lower the steering wheel to its lowest position
get 2 flat knives or screwdrivers and insert them at the bottom of the cluster and prise it up.
remove the cluster slightly and disconnect the wiring plug.
you can now fully remove the cluster.

If your speedo has stopped working it may be the stepper motor needs replacing there are companies on the Web that will do this you send them the cluster as due to the electronics in the cluster I wouldn't recommend doing this yourself.

note citroen will replace the entire cluster and not the stepper so don't take it there as it will cost a fortune.

hint look on ebay if you need a new cluster.

How to replace the dashboard bulb in a 1999 plymouth voyager

Which light is out? Is it an instrument cluster light, or one on the temperature or A/C cluster? It it's an instrument cluster light, here is the process: (I'm assuming the 99 is similar to the 98) Remove the bottom dash panel under the steering wheel, remove the instrument cluster cover around the steering column. This will reveal the screws that hold your instrument cluster cover in place. Remove this cover and you can then see and remove the 4 screws holding your instrument cluster in place. Pull your instrument cluster out, remove the main wire connector, then you have access to all the instrument cluster lights on the back side. Hopefully you remember which one is out!

Hello, You can obtain a 2004 Ram Factory Service Manual with all of that information available from Promanuals.net. The reason why it may be so important is because right before the removal instructions the service manual has diagnostic instructions to try. There are numerous pages on removing the instrument cluster, and cluster bezel.

(1) Disconnect and isolate the battery negative
cable. (For Airbag)

(2) Remove the cluster bezel from the instrument
panel. (Refer to 23 - BODY/INSTRUMENT PANEL/
CLUSTER BEZEL - REMOVAL).

(3) Remove the four screws that secure the instrument
cluster to the instrument panel structural support
(Fig. 5).

(4) Pull the instrument cluster rearward far
enough to access and disconnect the instrument
panel wire harness connectors for the cluster from
the connector receptacles on the back of the cluster
housing.

(5) Remove the instrument cluster from the instrument
