You either need to change the throttle position sensor or the gas pedal I got a 2008 Impala I had to put a new gas pedal in in so it would function properly
Possibly a leaky injector bleeding down the fuel pressure. First check fuel pressure at shutoff, start, and then when it's smooth. If it changes a lot, you would have to raise the fuel rail and power on the pump to see what is happening.
