You need to get a screwdriver and pull out the main lighter base and underneath that there will be a fuse you need to replace it
If you have a test light we can narrow this one down.
Turn the ignition to the "run" position.
With the cigar element removed, ground your test light, make sure it is a good clean ground, no paint or plastic, carefully stick the tip of the test light probe into the lighter housing (DO NOT TOUCH THE SIDES OF THE HOUSING, your fuse will blow) and touch the center contact tip of the housing, the light should illuminate if there is power to the housing.
