I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 4x4 with the drivers side headlight that is very dim, like a bad ground.I have jumped the ground wire but nothing changes, the socket and bulb have been replaced as well.I checked fuses under the hood and in the dash and all were good.I am seeing postings in regards to headlight fuses for l and r headlights, does the 99 dodge have them as well?

Yes I replaced anything to do with the lighting, bulb, socket, fuses etc.
As far as I know there is a module for the DRLs,I have not swapped out the relay under the hood as of yet because I wasnt sure that relay for the headlights was the problem,I figured if the relay was gone I wouldnt get any of the headlights working.
There are only two headlights
Not as of yet, that should answer one of the many variables right.
there are relays in the fuse box located in the engine compartment near the battery for the headlights... they may have gone bad
Do you have daytime running light module on that?
have you replaced the bulb yet ?
Quad system has a high beam relay in system.
Does it have dual or quad headlights ?
