Check all of your fuses if you have electrical troubles and also check the wiring going to the horn and inside the steering wheel but DO NOT open the steering wheel if you have SRS/Airbags as you never know what may trigger it and send that screwdriver you were using to pry it open thru your head or torso like a bullet!Other than trying not to die it shouldn't be too hard to figure out the problem.Probably a fuse or loose connection =] Good luck!

the fuse legend should be on the reverse side of the fuse cover. in addition to the fuses in the passenger compartment, there is also a power distribution box in the engine compartment. both circuits you mention also have relays the control the the horn and fog lights
instead of the fuse go right to the horn and test for power while someone pushs on it, the most common problem would be a bad horn or the relay. the power for the horn is listed under CIG, its the same fuse as the inteirior lamps and cig lighter and obd2 connector power, heres adiagram to show you the fuse, also this is inside under the dash driverside, hope this helps.
If the horn was very faint then it probably went bad. They are fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. I take it your fuse panel doesn't have a diagram on it or you don't have the owner's manual?
Check your fuses first, the check your connections at the horn button and at the horn its self. All else fails take two pieces of wire hook one to the pos. and one to the neg. on your battery and test the horn that way to see if that is the horn went out.
