Doors locking and unlocking, lights flashing. You have a possessed Suburban get a priest immediately! Or you have a short circuit. Try and remember if any work was done to your SUV and in what area. Then look for peeled, scraped or touching wires.

sounds like you have a bad ground somewhere. Check every ground strap that you can find, make sure it's tight, and not corroded, etc. Sounds like the accessories are trying to find a ground, and going through the brake light to do so, thus burning out from too much current.

funny how a damage wiring system will make you think its possessed. need to start checking out the wire harness and see what someone has done to the car. did you have a stero or something installed. before this started. also call the dealer and have your vin ready. find out if its had any recalls. they had a bunch of electrical issues with the dash boards. not sure if there is other issues also. but sure sounds like something is shorted making the horn and lights do weird things. have you smelled anything like burning plastic before it started. and hope you have good insurance if you do smell burning. might want to pull the panel off below the sterring wheel and see if you can spot any burnt wires or any wires that look like that have been spliced or taped together. it might even be an issue under the hood in the fuse block which is where all the power wires come and go.
