There isn't one. They usually have an inline fuse.

Is it a fuse box diagram you are after or a wiring diagram? Try this website for the fuse box layout. The optima model changed in 2016 so the earlier version can be selected at the top of the web page.

This is your fuse box locations and diagram. I can't think of any 'sensor' that are in a fuse box. Do you mean relays? If yes, make sure you buy proper OEM Relays and not replacements made in China. Buy from Toyota or dealership.

Hi, yes these fuses can be difficult to remove. On some cars in the box by the fuses, you will see a little plastic tool like small tweezers plugged in like the fuses.It is used to grab hold and pull the fuses out.If there is not one, I would get me a pair of needle nose pliers and grab hold and work it back and forth very easy as not to break it off. they are tougher then you think though. This is the best way to go.Good Luck,

You cannot change the fuse the way that you are trying. You need to loosen all of the bolts that holds the fuse box to the inner fender, and then observe the sides of the box, there are tabs that allow the exterior/bottom of the box to be pulled DOWN. After the box bottom is released, the 120 Amp fuse is accessible.
